Membership Guidelines:
Exclusions: Keep in mind that this fabulousness doesn't apply to already discounted packages, promotional retail items, or services with existing discounts. It's also not valid for gift card purchases.
Solely Yours: Membership pricing is exclusively for you; it's not something you can share, darling.
Credit Use: Your $100 monthly credit is your passport to indulgence, but remember it doesn't roll over. Use it or lose it, gorgeous!
Commitment: The VIP Fox Membership starts with a 6-month commitment, but after that, it's month-to-month, giving you the freedom to be fab on your terms.
Cancellation: To bid adieu to the VIP Fox Membership after the initial 6-month commitment, simply send an email request to summer@ojaifoxspa.com at least 10 days before the next billing cycle. You'll still enjoy the VIP treatment for the remainder of your current cycle. If you decide to leave us early, any discounts you've received must be repaid - we want to keep things fair and fabulous!
Payment Oops: If your credit card decides to play coy and gets declined, a $25 reinstatement service fee will be charged if it's not resolved within 24 hours.
