All sessions are fully customized in modality and pressure to what your body needs and your requested areas of focus. If you have areas of tension you would like focus on, we recommend scheduling a minimum of 90 minutes so we may address areas of concern while still giving you a full enhanced treatment.

Traditional Tibetan Massage - 60 mins $150 | $120 members & 90 mins $200 | $160 members

This specialized therapy involves applying herbal-infused oils to the body, manual tissue manipulation, identifying & acting on specific points, mobilizing the joints and warming the body. It greatly helps balance the five elements of the body, release tensions and revitalize energy. KuNye is especially indicated for any imbalance of the wind element (rlung), including elderly clients and those suffering from mental tensions or physical exhaustion. You’ll leave this treatment physically relaxed and mentally balanced!

Herbal Farmpress Massage

Farmpress Massage restores well-being by combining steaming therapeutic organic herbs with targeted compression techniques. The steam releases essential plant oils, minerals and vitamins that are absorbed by the body to help you feel renewed. The Farmpress relaxes muscles, stimulates blood flow, and eases stiffness and soreness with an aromatherapeutic effect that creates a deeply soothing experience.

Signature Prenatal Massage

Massage Therapy is safe and effective throughout your pregnancy journey and will help release any tension and discomfort associated with your pregnancy. Our prenatal trained therapists will help work out tension and ensure you leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The benefits of Prenatal Massage include emotional support, the relief of joint pain, improved breathing and relaxation. Either a side-lying position or bolsters will be used for the most comfort during your massage.

Ground and Unwind Foot Treatment - 30 mins $75 | $60 members & 60 mins $125 | $100 members

Kick up your feet and relax as our amazing massage therapists work the kinks and knots out of your feet. You’ll leave with a skip in your step and feeling more refreshed! Our 30 min Ground and Unwind focuses solely on the feet with a hot towel wrap and foot and lower leg massage. Our 60 min Ground and Unwind also includes 10 minutes in warm moisturizing booties, during a relaxing neck and shoulder massage and a foot scrub.

Focusing on the manipulation of the soft tissues of the upper body, including; the head, neck, back, and shoulders which are often the source of frequent tension. Allowing the therapist to have easy access to key areas, and the result is a targeted massage designed to pinpoint exact areas of the upper body.

Our Farm House Fresh Shea Sugar Scrubs are unlike most commercial body scrubs, as our sugar scrubs do not dry the skin. Our FHF sugar scrubs is alpha-hydroxy rich, smells delicious and is great to remove dry, dead skin and reveal a healthy grow! No-shower necessary as we will remove the scrub with nectar soaked hot towels. You’ll leave with soft glowing refreshed skin...

30 minutes ~ Aroma Acupoint & Sound Therapy - $50 | $40 members

A gentle, completely safe & profoundly effective treatment modality that utilizes the energetic treatment potential of pure essential oils & acupoints combined. Treatment involves placing particular oils on specific acupuncture points on the body in order to trigger energetic changes that will bring you back to a state of balance, while you relax to Tibetan Singing Bowls to help align chakras.
